The meeting was called to order at 7pm.
We are always taking donations for hospice. Please contact an executive
officer if you have items to donate
As of May 23rd our total raised for Relay for Life is $1236.38. There are
still some outstanding contributions to be added to this total. Thanks to
all who participated for a job well done.
The ½ & ½ raffle ticket was drawn on Monday, May 17th.
Emily Sisk, an instructor at CCC won $102, and $103 was donated to Relay
for Life.
At Spring Fling, 61 Relay for Life balloons were sold. Eunice Mintz and
Mitch Cobb filled the balloons. The balloons were released at 4:00 p.m.
the same afternoon. Attached to the balloons were "in memory of" or "in
honor of" tags with the school address asking the finders to mail the tag
back to us. We were pleased to have one of them returned.

If you are attending summer sessions, please remember that dues for this
semester are $5. Please pay these as soon as possible. Remember, each member
who is attending this semester is required to earn 9 points.
Each member is asked to donate a quarter at each meeting to assist with
our fund raising for Relay for Life 2008. A can should be available at each
meeting.
If you have not paid National dies of $57, these are past due. Please contact
Barbara Taylor to make arrangements.
New member T-shirts are in Mrs. Taylor’s office. If you have paid
National dues, you may pick up your shirt. For those who have not paid,
you will receive your shirt after the amount is paid in full.
Spring 2007 point sheets are due. If you have not turned these in, please
do so immediately. Please staple all receipts for purchases to your point
sheet. If you are attending summer sessions, you will need to obtain a new
point sheet. You may add Relay for Life points toward the summer session(s).
If you are not attending summer sessions, you will not need a point sheet
until fall ’07 unless you’re an officer and plan to attend the
summer executive council, member meetings, and other activities.

in room 1098. (also start half and half raffle)
Tim's Birthday - June 16th we will leave at 1pm to travel to the J. Iverson Riddle Center in Morganton, NC.
Member's Meeting - July 18th at 12 & 7pm
in room 1134.
Children's Home Cookout - July 22th at 2pm at the CCC Field House.
None at this time.
