• Adopt-A-Hwy - We will be meeting Saturday, December 6, 2008 at 9am in the back parking lot across from the fair grounds.

• Executive Meeting - Our next meeting will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2008 at 5pm in room 1098.

• Member's Meeting - Our next meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at 12 noon and 7pm in room 1098.

• Children's Home Christmas Party - This event will be held at Skate-N-Games on Polkville rd. towards Polkville, NC from 2-6 pm.

• Service Project Collections - This event will be held at Wal-Mart of Shelby on December 21, 2008 from 1pm - 6pm. We will be collecting small bears or stuffed animals for our local highway patrol. Plus, we will be collecting items for a kindergarten for the National Alumi association. Items needed are crayons, scissors, staplers, markers, colored pencils and more.

• One of our newest charities is the Carnivore Preservation Trust in Pittsboro, N.C. If you would like to make a donation to them or just check them out, click here to access their site.
